“Pacific Spirit” – A Fluid Art Collection
“Pacific Spirit” is a fluid art collection born from the vast, ever-changing soul of the Pacific Ocean. Each piece is a meditation on movement, memory, and emotion — capturing the essence of rolling tides, deep currents, coastal mists, and the luminous play of light on water.
Using a raw, experimental process with fluid watercolours, I surrender control to the natural rhythms of flow, allowing the pigments to merge and separate as the ocean breathes through them. Hints of turquoise, indigo, seafoam green, and sunlit gold mirror the moods of the sea — from serene to storm-born.
This series invites the viewer into a state of quiet awe — a remembrance of our own fluid nature, our deep connection to the Earth’s waters, and the ancient pulse of the Pacific that still echoes in our cells. It’s not just about seeing the ocean — it’s about feeling it, listening to its energy, and becoming part of its timeless dance.
