Healing Through Abstract Art with Angela Fraser, Art Therapy Practitioner
Step into a safe, creative space where colour, texture, and movement become tools for self-discovery. In each session, you’ll be gently guided through an intuitive art-making process designed to help you release tension, connect with your emotions, and explore your inner landscape — without the need for words or artistic experience.
We begin with grounding and intention setting, allowing you to arrive fully in the present moment. From there, you’ll work with vibrant paints, inks, and mixed media on canvas or paper, responding to prompts that invite emotional expression through colour and form. There are no rules, no “right” or “wrong” outcomes — only the freedom to create.
After the creative flow, we’ll spend time reflecting on your piece and the experience it brought you, integrating insights and shifts that arise. Each session is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, find calm, and experience the quiet joy of making something that is uniquely yours.
